Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a slow and gentle practice that uses breath, gravity and time to release and hydrate the connective tissues of the body - the fascia, ligaments and tendons. Yin nourishes these connective tissues and increases joint health and mobility, while creating a deep sense of calm and groundedness. No previous yoga experience is necessary.
Vinyasa Yoga
A one hour mixed level yoga practice characterized by flowing sequences of poses linked to breath and smooth transitions. This session also incorporates mindfulness techniques to help create calm and enhance focus, allowing participants to leave the practice feeling refreshed, centered, and re-energized.
