What Is Vinyasa Yoga?

A thoughtfully designed yoga class that emphasizes mindful and safe transitions between poses. Ideal for mixed-level practitioners with some yoga experience, this session provides clear, precise instruction and personalized modifications to suit your individual needs. Classes are held in the bright and inviting studio upstairs at Boathouse Wellness. With limited space for just 9 participants per class, you'll enjoy an intimate and focused experience.

What is Yin Yoga?

Yin Yoga is a slow and gentle practice that uses breath, gravity and time to release and hydrate the connective tissues of the body  - the fascia, ligaments and tendons.  Yin nourishes these connective tissues and increases joint health and mobility, while creating a deep sense of calm and groundedness.  No previous yoga experience is necessary.

Drop-ins welcome!

Class bundles are also available: Purchase two or more classes for an 8-week session and use them whenever you want during that session!
